Chloe is the Head of Key Stage 3 and Senior Leader in charge of EAL (English as an Additional Language) at Dixons McMillan. With nearly 20 years of teaching experience and over a decade in pastoral care, Chloe has been part of the academy since it opened in 2014, aligning closely with its values of inclusivity, excellence, and student-centered growth.

As a qualified SENCO, Chloe specialises in meeting the individual needs of students, blending their wellbeing with academic development to help them thrive. She is passionate about fostering a supportive, inclusive environment and takes pride in celebrating the school’s richly diverse community. In particular, Chloe is committed to ensuring that EAL students feel empowered, confident, and well-equipped to succeed across all areas of school life.

Driven by the belief that education should focus on the whole child, Chloe works to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, creating a sense of belonging for everyone.
