Iftar at DMA 2024

This Ramadan we held our first ever Iftar event at Dixons McMillan. We had a fantastic turnout from students and staff for a very special evening, which started with a beautiful reading of the Qur'an from our Talent Show winner, Eessah in Year 7. After prayers, all opened their fasts together thanks to the kind donations of food from local restaurants.

A big thank you to Mr Ali and Mrs Sharif for organising the event, and to My Lahore Bradford, Paratha Box Bradford, and the International Restaurant for donating food for the evening.

All financial donations from students and staff to take part are going to Save the Children's Gaza Appeal. You can read more about it here.
